Loyalty Replacement Credits accumulate monthly until the customer-contributed balance reaches $5,000 — the program's only cap, with no time limit. At that point accumulation stops while regular membership billing continues to keep the pool active. Cornerstone matches the balance at 0.5x, so a full $5,000 balance carries a $2,500 company bonus for $7,500 of combined upgrade value. If a payment fails or the plan is cancelled, a 168-hour (7-day / 1 week) grace period begins. If a valid payment is not restored within that window the accrued balance is suspended and becomes non-redeemable; it is reinstated in full once the account is brought current. Credits hold zero cash value, are non-refundable and non-transferable, and apply solely as a one-time discount on qualifying orders over $15,000 with Cornerstone Air Service.
CornerStone Air Service LLC — Membership Terms & Conditions Welcome to the CornerStone Air Service Loyalty & Comfort Program! We are absolutely thrilled to help you build an ironclad safety net for your home's HVAC system, which is why every single dollar you contribute toward your loyalty balance is automatically boosted by our exclusive 0.5x Company Match Bonus. This means CornerStone adds an extra 50% of "house money" directly on top of your accumulated balance to ensure you have massive, unparalleled purchasing power when it's time for a major comfort upgrade. We invest in your loyalty just as much as you invest in us! Section 1: Service Premium Classification and Non-Refundability By checking the agreement box and submitting payment information, the customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that all monthly recurring charges, including baseline subscription fees and optional loyalty balance add-on fees, are strictly classified as non-refundable service contract premiums. These monthly payments do not constitute, represent, or mirror a financial banking deposit, an escrow account, a savings account, or a vested cash value asset of any kind. CornerStone Air Service LLC is not a banking institution, and no fiduciary relationship is established under this agreement. All funds transferred are gross revenue options for the maintenance of an active commercial service agreement. Section 2: The 0.5x Promotional Company Match Mechanics and Caps Subject to continuous compliance with all terms herein, CornerStone Air Service LLC agrees to grant a discretionary, conditional promotional discount match equal to precisely 0.5 times (50%) the total customer-contributed service premium balance accumulated during uninterrupted active billing cycles. The customer-contributed balance is the sole cap in this program and is strictly capped at a maximum ceiling of $5,000.00; there is no time or term limit on accumulation, and the balance may grow across any number of billing cycles until that $5,000.00 ceiling is reached. The corresponding company-funded 0.5x match is therefore capped at a maximum of $2,500.00, resulting in a maximum combined aggregate promotional discount pool of $7,500.00. Once the customer-contributed balance reaches the $5,000.00 ceiling, all promotional accruals shall immediately and permanently cease; however, the accrued pool is preserved only for so long as the membership remains active and fully paid. To maintain, preserve, and keep the accrued $7,500.00 discount pool locked in and redeemable, the customer must continue an active paid membership indefinitely, which may be sustained at the minimum recurring premium (as low as $5.00 per month). Lapse, cancellation, or non-payment at any time — before or after reaching the ceiling — is governed by the forfeiture provisions of Section 4. Section 3: Strict Project Thresholds, Scopes, and Invoicing Restrictions The combined discount pool (consisting of historical customer premiums plus the 0.5x company match promotional credit) possesses absolutely zero cash redemption value, cannot be liquidated, and cannot be withdrawn as currency under any circumstances. Redemption of the combined discount pool is exclusively restricted to comprehensive mechanical system upgrades, complete indoor/outdoor equipment redesigns, or total home comfort HVAC system conversions. The application of any accrued balance is strictly prohibited on standard residential service calls, diagnostic dispatches, individual component replacements (e.g., capacitors, fan motors, contactors), leak checks, or regular preventive maintenance procedures. Furthermore, the combined discount pool may only be redeemed on a single, comprehensive project invoice that strictly exceeds a minimum gross threshold of $15,000.00 before local taxes, municipal permitting fees, and baseline disposal surcharges are applied. CornerStone Air Service LLC retains absolute, unchecked discretion over all final project quoting, baseline equipment pricing, and labor allocation valuations. Section 4: Automatic Forfeiture, Lapses, and Account Delinquency Maintenance of an active, fully paid monthly subscription is a strict condition precedent to preserving any historical balance or matching funds. In the event of subscription cancellation by the user, payment delinquency, credit card expiration resulting in a failed transaction, account suspension, or any billing cycle lapse exceeding forty-eight (48) hours from the scheduled invoice date, the entire customer-contributed premium history and any corresponding 0.5x company matching funds are instantly, automatically, and permanently forfeited to CornerStone Air Service LLC. The balance will be immediately zeroed out on the system dashboard without liability, notice, or right of return, refund, or historical reinstatement. Section 5: Governing Law, Venue, and Dispute Resolution This agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action, dispute, or litigation arising out of or relating to this membership program, the loyalty balance, or services rendered must be filed exclusively in the state courts located in Union County, North Carolina, and the customer explicitly consents to the personal jurisdiction of said courts.
